Jonathan Hallo, aka JoeAlo is a graphic designer by trade, but an artist by heart based in Rome.
Inspired by the Pop Art movement and Expressionism, and influenced by the artistic
boom of the 70's, his paintings pop with colour and personality.
All hand painted with acrylic on framed canvas, by brush or using the stencil technique, reproduced from pictures straight to canvas, his portraits are unique. Stripped of all the unnecessary lines, melting the shadows and shapes together to form a single tone portrait.
Whether it be funky retro patterns or bright uplifting stripes to family portraits, JoeAlo produces fully customisable pieces!
